Merry Christmas to All!

Thanks to one and all for your support at the Frost Fayre. We hope you had a lovely evening and a fantastic Christmas.

As you may know, the 2018 Frost Fayre will be the last Frost Fayre unless we get more volunteers.

It’s not a decision we take lightly but the fact is if we don’t get some new faces to learn the ropes, the Frost & May Fayre will cease to exist. We hope that you agree that it really would be shame to lose something that shows the strength of the community in Magor & the surrounding areas and that It’s something worth fighting for.

About Us

The Magor Churchmen’s Society is a non-exclusive organisation that has members from all walks of life. We all have one thing in common and that is the desire to foster community spirit within our villages. Membership is drawn largely from the villages of Magor, Undy and Redwick.

What we do

Donations to Charities & Good Causes

At our March 2018 meeting the Magor Churchmen's Society donated over £8000 to charities and good causes. We are most grateful to all of our supporters who helped to make this possible.

Get Involved

The events group really needs YOUR help to put on future events. The work involved in putting on the Frost Fayre and May Fayre is becoming a challenge to the handful of people who regularly turn up to take part, many of whom are now in their sixties and seventies. It would be a real shame for the village to lose these events due to lack of personnel.
